Where do you ship to?
We offer Worldwide shipping, with the exception of a few countries. We normally ship within the UK, in the whole of Europe and North America.
Which currencies do you accept?
Kuwaloo is approved to accept the following currencies. If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, you will not be charged any additional foreign transaction fees: £ (United Kingdom) $ (United States of America) € (Europe) Use the multi-currency selector at the header of this website to switch between currencies.
What are my delivery costs and options?
We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery and DPD courier services. All UK orders are sent in plain packaging with tracked delivery to your door. Please see below for last order times: UK Orders: 24 hour delivery - order before 2pm 2 to 3 day delivery - order before 2pm Guaranteed next-day delivery - order before 1pm International Orders: International Orders are express service and delivered between 3 and 5 working days.
How do I track my order?
The tracking code for your order is shown in the email we sent you when we dispatch your order. The tracking code in the email links to the website of the postal service that will deliver your order. Clicking this link will lead you to the courier page for all detailed information on your parcel.
The order status shows my parcels has been delivered but I haven't received it - what should I do?
Check your safeplace and with your neighbours If you were out when delivery was attempted, Royal Mail may have either left the parcel in the safeplace that you entered when you placed your order, or with your neighbour. Please check with your neighbours and have a look in your safeplace, if you chose one. Your parcel may have been returned to the delivery office If your parcel was not left in your safeplace or with a neighbour, it may have been taken back to the delivery office. The postal service should have left a calling card telling you they have done this. Follow the instructions on the calling card to either rearrange delivery or to collect your parcel. If they did not leave a card, please take some ID such as a credit card or driving license with you as they will need this before they can let you have the parcel. I no longer want to be a customer so I need all the data you own of me to be delete, how do I proceed?
If you have placed an order from us and you would like your data to be deleted, please inform us via email to enquiries@kuwaloo.com of your wishes and we will be back to you shortly with a confirmation of the data deletion. Check our Privacy Policy to read full details on how we hold our customer's data.
Are all your products vegan?
All our products are suitable for Vegetarians, however everything apart from the bee's honey derivative products are Vegan.

Every product from our own brand Kuwaloo, is made in England, UK.
How does your Bath Collection box work?

What is the dropshipping service you offer?
If you would like to sell Kuwaloo products but do not want to hold any stock we could ship your products directly to your customers for you. Please email supply.chain@kuwaloo.com to start your application. Usually applications are reviewed within 24 hours.
How can I obtain your Kuwaloo Counter Display Stand?
If you are a retailer which owns a physical store, you are eligible to get our product display stand, that fits perfectly in most of store counters. We developed a counter stand as we aim to have our products close to where your customers will stand (mostly to pay for what they are purchasing). We believe that, even if people are not familiar with Kuwaloo products, that their nice strong smell will work as a perfect invitation to try our Natural treats.
