All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and shipping preference.

Estimated delivery times (after handling time):

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

🌍 Domestic & International Shipping

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly to confirm availability and shipping rates.


📬 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow your package's journey to your door.


🚫 Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order. Kuwaloo is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you and offer the option to reship (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus original shipping costs.
